Tonya (A Title Cash Employee at this location) has a reputation for harassing people, coming to their residence, barging in the front door, threatening them, and following/stalking people when they are late on a payment. If you need a loan, consider another location. These people are so far from professional it's unbelievably appalling. Use Check Into Cash or literally any other place that would be happy to loan you money.

I wish I could leave no stars but that's not a choice! Very unprofessional place. The management Tonya decided to welcome the start of her shift by turning the lights of as a joke as we were in the middle of discussing a loan with another coworker. She was a loudmouth, like everybody want to hear her thoughts...? Shut up and be a professional! lots of cursing. They other Co worker was calling the copy machine a c***ksucker. They bragged about how their customers asked dumb questions. Any company willing to talk about customers to other customers is just down right wrong and they mentioned how they can't wait for you to not make a payment so they can sue you. Glad I went with another company they offered 2300 instead of 1500 and payments are 200 not 372 for 1500 loan wow they really screw you at title cash way glad we went to another company lower payments. I hope they get shut down.

Tonya is amazing! I'm so glad she is back! She welcomes me by name and is friendly makes it a relaxing experience instead of a stressful one.

Me and my girlfriend went for a title loan after christmas and we were told by "Tonya Woodland" we could get a 2k loan for 250 and some change a month at 11% "not sure the actual apr at the time cause i wasnt shown. I was shown an actual contract from title max from another cistomer...i was shown the actual file with name and social on it in the womans handwriting. It was a 191% and she could beat that easy. After another hour of financial advice which is against the law by the way... we declined at the time me and came back because we wanted to pay the car off first. We came back and the payments for the same amount went from 250 to 370 a month for only 2k. That was "her" christmas special we were advised after we were asked to show up at 5pm instead of 3pm. Mindd you we were asked that because the lady there had no clue what she was doing. We got a loan from advance america for more money and only a 205.00 payment monthly with no pre payment penalty. I would not go here at all this place is a joke.
