F & C Bank, Holden, MO

They are a terrible bank if you want your money protected. If you have money to waste then you'd be fine. But the let things pend for weeks on end and then let them post and then they magically disappear with the money and then they repeat the process and take the money again and then refuse to give the money back. They are a terrible and greedy bank. That I wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy.

I love my F&C Bank. They care about their customers! I just had my 80th birthday celebration at the Methodist Church and they sent me a beautiful flower arrangement plus a couple of cards signed with messages from all the people who work there. You can't ask for more. I am so glad I left K.C. and moved to Holden 26 years ago.

A lot of organizations say that they care about their community. F & C Bank is one of the few that really does and their actions prove it time & time again. This is a 1st class bank run by 1st class people. Whatever your banking needs are, I would highly encourage you to give F & C Bank a shot. The staff is incredibly friendly and will put you at ease from the moment you step through the door.

I would like to share my experience today. I started a checking account at fnc Bank in Holden and I dealt with a wonderful employee named Casey Stout. She was very professional and very personable. All of the questions I had were answered more than I could have asked for. She truly made me feel like I was part of a wonderful family. A family of people who have my well being at heart. She made me feel like I was a person and not just a customer. If she is a reflection of the kindness and service I will receive then I definitely know I made the right choice in a bank. I highly recommend this branch to anyone looking for a great financial institution. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you to Casey Stout and everyone else I dealt with.
