Arvest Bank, Hollister, MO

Had 2 checks written from an business account that banked Arvest here locally. The lady that was working my window was very rude, asked that I showed 3 forms of ID and proceeded to “Get the manager” over a state issued ID I had. In the end of this terrible experience I was out 5-10$ a piece for the check’s because I didn’t bank with them, 45mins of unnecessary stress. I will forever feel and have nothing good to say about this bank

Superior Branch Management. One of the better decisions I have made for my Company is moving my banking services to Arvest Hollister Branch. Great, quick service. Conveniently right off hwy 65.

The branch manager here has been amazing at helping me get a handle on my finances this year, and she referred me to their Wealth Management team that helped me find out i have a retirement account with an old employer I never realized still existed!

I think highly of this arvest branch. I called to get a loan and got a call back right away. They are very professional and eager to earn your business. Although I did not take the Ioan she was very helpful.

I never had a problem woth any other arvest until i moved to hollister about a year ago, EVERY single time they missunderstand me, change their rules, or just flat out mess up and when i get mad because like i said it is every single time they get mad at me for being mad! I will be switching banks once they ALLOW me to have my money.
