I was able to secure a fixed rate loan in less than 20 minutes. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I’m so happy the Independence location was able to assist me with me emergency fund needs.

Needs to close down and let the owners next door use it for a parking lot. Towing a car the week of Christmas and charging $250 just to drop the car.

I pulled in at 345 to the Noland road office and it was closed. There was a sign saying "will be back soon" . I waited for 45 min and then left. Have liked dealing with this place in the past but this is unacceptable. When you close at 6, can't you wait an hour or so to run your errands? Disappointing.

Joe was very helpful on the phone and in person. He made sure we understood all the terms and conditions before we signed anything. Will definitely return if needed.
