Terrible company to do business with. They will say all this talk about how they care and then threat court as soon as a Circumstance put you behind in payments. Beware! Rude, aggressive, mean and uncaring.

Kayla is the rudest person that works here. She told me she didn’t care I was in the hospital for a month. And then allowed one of her employees if she’s even the manager like she claims was banging on my door while discussing why she was there to my neighbors. This was after we spoke and I told her I would come in the following day to make a payment.

They don’t offer a way to pay over the phone or online. There is no customer service and they talk do to you. CashNetUSA is so much better and friendly
