They have no idea what they are doing!!! I call to make a payment on my husband's account for 2 years faithfully with no problem then one month it's I can't take a payment from you; next month it's oh I can take a payment but I can't give you account info; now it's I can give you his account number but I can't take a payment!! Every month for the past six months it's like pulling teeth trying to make his payment because they don't know what they are doing!! Which is it????? Just take the payment for God's sake!

It's hard to believe this place is still open. There is so much chaos and irregularity in their normal day to day business functions. There is also no one with financial experience actually working here or at least working with the public. My only interaction with them was a line of credit we had for some furniture that we bought in store and the department store offered it. I knew we would be paying off the 1800 or so after our new floors went in so I didn't worry. I wanted to pay the loan off three weeks later and they couldn't find the loan for 3 days or so because their internet was down and THEN they couldn't take my payment over the phone a week later when I called back because they were behind on entering in loans on their computer systems. Needless to say I didn't yell or express how angry I was because from what I had experienced it was not the employee that was at fault it's the company. They should take more pride in themselves to train and provide knowledge to their employees. If there truly was an issue with computers and technology it is up to the company to provide their employees with The tools to do their job appropriately. I truly do feel like the employees are working with what they had and to the best of their ability which was very sad.If you need a loan look else where. If you're going to do financing for merchandise make sure it's not through tower loan. I have already informed the company I bought furniture through that this is not a business they should be doing business with and from now on I'd be writing them a check.

ANDY is the most disrespectful, lying sack of human waste I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. I was listed as a reference for someone and he called me. He not only gave me personal information about this person without verification of who I was other than my word, but he slandered him and told me that he, personally, gave the loan to him from his own pocket. He repeated this garbage with another reference after this one explained that the client was in contact with a lawyer for bankruptcy. He then told the reference that it's fine he would see him after it gets kicked out of court. Unprofessional and disrespectful. This company is ridiculous if they think this is the way to recover their loans.

Easy to pay online, or at their office. Always really nice with me and my Wife. Our go to place if we ever need a loan.

This place will not send you a bill and never answers the phone so you can make a payment. I just called and the phone rang for 5 minutes with no answer. Most unprofessional loan company I have ever worked with.

My name is Johnny and I recieved a Christmas loan through the mail from Tower loan and the deal was twenty-five hundred loan and pay back thirty- one hundred. And that was okay. So I lost my son due to a motorcycle accident and I needed an emergency loan to cover the rest of his funeral arrangements. Thats where things went array. I called Tower loan and they said that I could get the rest of the funeral cost in a loan. That was okay so I was not in my right mind because of the circumstances. Now im a math guy and they had sent me several messages and letters trying to Get me to get another loan and I knew that the interest was over what you should pay. So I met with a guy and he explained some things to me but like I said with the circumstances I was dealing with I guess I just didn't pay the attention I need to. So I got a thirty-four hundred dollar loan. The problem is I looked over the paper work after ever settled down from my situation and I found out for thirty-four hundred dollar loan they have me paying over two -thousand dollar in interest. This is unbelievable because the first loan of twenty-five hundred I only paid six hundred dollar. I believe that this guy knew my situation with my son and took advantage of my situation. Also they have you take out life insurance to cover the loan and they say its a one time payment which is hard to believe because my life insurance I pay every month. They also make you take out rental insurance and after reading over the insurance it doesnt cover anything my ring was lost and after reading the policy it covers nothing and again I don't know if its a monthly charge for that. The only way I can justify them putting that much intrest on that loan is that the life insurance and rental insurance is a monthly charge but when I went in to cancel both they said its a one time charge and even though the rental insurance covers nothing I couldn't cancel it. I just would like to say I went in this situation knowing that I had to pay interest but never would I have known that I would be taken advantage. I have never missed a payment. I know I serve a good God so there will be some kind of retribution and im looking into my options about getting this situation resolved into a solution where its a fair solution. Thanks for taking my complaint.

I have called over 20 times this morning alone attempting to get ahold of someone. I would get the busy signal for the first hour and then the phone would ring and ring and ring and eventually go to the busy signal. that is not acceptable. Do not utilize this company for loans
