Central Bank, Jefferson Township, MO

I purchased a motorcycle at the Lake of the Ozarks, financed @Central Bank of the Ozarks. Made my first payment online.After that I setup automatic debit from my checking account. I got a payment past due for my next payment. I called Central Bank of the Ozarks and asked why I got this notice?They said that everything was ok and that they would debit my checking account. Now it is February the 5th, and my wife and I both got letters telling us if they did not recieve a payment by February 22 2022 the bank would exercise it's rights under the law. This a First Notice of right To Cure Default. I am not refusing to make my payments, but when I set up a automatic debit with a financial institution and they say that they would automatically debit my checking account, I feel that this is not right Sincerely Alvin

Just got a Christmas card in the mail from Hallie Batican. She is always so thoughtful and always goes above and behind to help me out! It’s bc of people like Hallie that I will always be a Central Bank customer.

Been with central bank for awhile. I had 6 dollars in my account when I went to bed. I woke up to -50. Somehow 30 dollars was transferred- which I don't even have the 30 dollars that was supposedly transferred. That put me in the hole and I got hit with an overdraft fee. Y'all are ridiculous. I would have never transferred money i didn't have to begin with. I'll be closing my account ASAP.

I keep getting charges for things I don't have setup on my account & I'm unaware these charges are coming out. Should have changed banks after it happened the first time. This is partly why I only used prepaid debit cards for several years. I will be taking my business elsewhere; although I haven't read ANY great reviews for any bank really. Sad when banks can do whatever they want with MY money.
