The customer service I received from an associate named Sam, was above and beyond anything inwould have expected. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Extremely patient with all my questions. I'll definitely be doing business here again.

Other than amanda I was unable to move forward with a loan. I was directed to several people and got brushed off for weeks. Received different information from each person I spoke with. Have never witnessed any business operate so poorly.

I was very surprised to get an unsecured loan for the amount I did. I even had a bankruptcy on file a few years back. I was able to pay for my school, get my box truck repaint and my truck in the shop to be worked on. And the interest rates is far better than the other quick loan places !

Super easy process. The staff worked diligently to get the loan done and buttoned up in a timely manner. Huge shout out to Sam who went above and beyond and I’m not forgetting Amanda who helped out tremendously putting it all together. The staff all worked together like a well oil machine. You can feel the environment and the vibe is relaxed. Other places you can sense tension amongst co-workers and ultimately the customer is the one neglected unfortunately, however that was NOT the case with the Joplin MO OneMain Financial location. My husband and I purchased a high interest truck loan, my husband was hit by an uninsured motorist, we have a judgement against the lady, but one main wouldn't work with us and turned us over to collections in Indiana, we had really good relations with Sarah, when she left the place really changed, the moral of the employees, changed to. I like Amanda, we had two loans here , sad we just got in a spot that wasn't our fault. Things changed and they quit working with us . It has a very poor management now, 6 years later and corporate is trying to collect a debt on a vehicle that was destroyed 7 years ago, really! Unbelievable, I would recommend Joplin area folks to quad states finance in Miami, ok sadly I won't do business here again ever!
