Not good for a first time home buyer. Came into the process with several questions and wanted to be guided along the way. When I asked Greg questions I would receive very brief emails a few days after sending. I became so frustrated and stressed with the process that I went to another lender and received the type of service anyone deserves. Might be a good choice for someone who really understands mortgages and has had many experiences buying a house but for a first time buyer The Mortgage House was not ideal.
