They are great and amazing. They are so friendly and understanding. I have went through their Neosho office and I have to say both Neosho and Joplin are amazing. I’ll return over and over anytime.

April and Angela are great. If you need a loan in Joplin this is the place to go. They will get you in and out in no time. They even have merchandise you can finance like 70inch TVs or washer and dryers.

Horrible experience! The lady at the Joplin, MO location, Tracy, is not very friendly, in fact, she has called & CUSSED us out more than once. I would not recommend this location to anyone! I don't know how she is still employed there. Something needs to be done. I wanna pay my loan but I refuse to deal with Tracy AT ALL!

I have been with Western Shamrock for a few years and since Tracy has been there it has been a lot of fun going in to pay my loan every mont, she always has a smile on her face and is willing to help however she can, she is a big asset for the company
