I can't say enough good things about the ladies who work at this location! I've mostly dealt with Janine, who I understand is the manager, so I'll start there. She is so friendly and personable! She remembered my name after just one visit, which impressed me seeing as how she must deal with tons of people on a daily basis. She goes above and beyond to help out her clients, as witnessed last time while she was helping the woman in front of me stuck going in circles with the head people on the phone. My last two times in I met and dealt with Janell, and she was equally as nice! They both do their due diligence to ensure they're counting the money right, investigate even the most minor issues and thus far have been able to answer all my questions. They both deserve a raise! I've had a better in store experience than online as the system was glitching or something when I attempted to use the website. All in all I have been Very pleased with my experience here and I would highly recommend anyone looking for a loan to come here! They do both payday and long term loans. As for the loan itself, of course as with any loan service that isn't a bank, the interest is a bit high but that's to be expected. But there is no penalty for paying it off early and that really saves you on paying a lot in interest!

Janine was wonderful! We came in after work which was unfortunately very close to closing time for her. She still helped us, and was extremely pleasant, even though it made her stay a few minutes late. As for the loan itself, it was ok. Hubby makes good money, but is new to the job and the state, so the loan amount was much lower than what he could be approved for and the interest is high but that's to be expected. It wasn't as high as it is on many other loans I've seen. BUT, with no early payoff penalty, the interest is VERY manageable. All in all very good experience and excellent customer service!
