Miss Harlow YOU ROCK!!!! You were very kind, professional & extremely patient and very detailed. I am black and she DID NOT treat me different!!!! To say she is unfair to black people is a flat out lie! Harlow has a business to run and The company has the right to approve you or deny you depending on your proper or inadequate paperwork so stop with the "RACE CARD" all because you were denied which is not her fault or problem and if whomever has an issue with her shoes off the mature thing to ask if she could politely put her shoes on if you as a customer are that uncomfortable but to belittle her and speak on her hygiene is simply ignorant and evil. Harlow continue to keep your head up and remain the Beautiful Butterfly you are! Misery comes in all shapes, forms & fashion and even into your place of business so pay no mind to these negative reviews you are valued and appreciated and that's why you are still there representing this place of business! I definitely will be doing business with you again!!!

I agree, people of color are treated indifferent. The office is nasty and the clerk is unprofessional and did not wear shoes. She had a stinch and I decided after the smell, the uncleanliness of the store to do business else where. Why would I contact customer service knowing the company openly discriminates against customers as well as employees without repricutions. It is obvious this is how the company operates & reporting the issues resolves nothing. While the owner is responding to customers maybe he should have responded to employee complaints & concerns because that is an ongoing issue that is not being addressed & an obvious reason why the company is losing business and not able to retain current employees of value.

Harlow is great she helped me and treated me like an old friend she went out of her way to make sure I was taken care of I highly recommend this place they are awesome people with superb customer service!!
