Very professional Lester was very concerned and went beyond the call of duty to Aiden assist me in my time of need.

They were recommended to me via Credit Karma based on my credit. The interest rates were pretty high so I initially didn't want to apply. After a couple of days, I applied on their website. They supposedly checked my credit and told me that I was approved. I received a call and got an email explaining the next steps of this process and how excited they were to work with me. I was instructed to set up my online account and submit all of my documents. I did. I didn't hear anything from anyone after that. I had to check my useless online account to find out that I was NOT approved. I called to see why I was suddenly denied, but couldn't get an answer. My documents reflected the same information that I submitted on the "approved" application and also told the lady over the phone. My car is worth a lot more than the loan amount and interest. The "false hope" and cease of communication afterward is why I gave them one star. Maybe this was a good thing.

They'll offer a pay off and not send it through. Then they want to call you a liar in return. Missouri Attorney General is being contacted over business practices. Another year has passed and they're still hounding me over their failures. the store manager skeet is very rude and threstening
