Terrible interest rates…poor service at the hq. Save your money and look elsewhere. Also…already talked to their main HQ number. They did not act like they wanted to hear from me. Rude.

I called to verify what documents i needed to obtain a loan, the rep put me on hold for almost 10 min the came back and ask what i needed again. She tells me she has to verify my income and address before informing me of what was needed. I asked how can she do that without documents she says over the phone but then never asked me anything. I was so confused and we both just got off the phone

Extensive information required for less money than other loan agencies. White friends have received twice the funds we received with less requirements met.

Reps are not very well educated about the company or credit reporting. They didn't know the difference between a hard and soft inquiry.
