Was call and told I was approved not for the amount but that's ok. Told them I will call right back had to talk with the wife. When I tried to call back several times no one would answer the phone. Going to try back today and see if anyone answers. If not guess they don't need my business. Answer on fisrt ring must have been busy yesterday

This branch has the most amazing group of loan agents. Always greet you with a smile and the hello or more than happy to answer any questions about your loan or the loan process and not make you feel like a dummy while being given the answer. Your satisfaction with your loan is their priority I believe they'll never let you take out a loan you can't afford. I came couple years ago with non-existing credit. Through the multiple loans I've gotten and paid off I have risen my credit score to the mid to high 600 range. If I could give six stars I would. If you're a little strapped for cash got a job and need some extra help they will find a way to get you something.

I was talking to someone on the phone and they said I wasn't approved. That is fine no problem, but the tone of her voice and how she hung up on me the first time. She called me back forgetting she already talked to me and I told her about the tone that I didn't appreciate. She told me, "I could've ran your application and your score would've went down." The nerve! I didn't care about the application but the tone she had with me! She needs to do better.
