U.S. Bank Branch, Kirksville, MO

The staff at this particular branch is always friendly and efficient. I visit here often to deposit checks and never have a problem. Once, my car alarm went off while I was parked in their parking lot and I was unable to turn it off. One of the employees came out and helped me, and her help was greatly appreciated. Hats off to this thoroughly above-average U.S. Bank!

Whatever you do, do not go to this branch. Their staff are friendly, but unfortunately incompetent. The managed to lose $300 of mine and took over two weeks to find it and credit it to my account. Even after acknowledging that they took the money, lost it, and found it. Still took them two weeks to return it to me. Their ATM is almost always broken in someway, and their staff are unable to do anything due to either branch policy or personal ineptitude. I will be closing my account ASAP.

The people who work at this branch are very friendly. However, they refuse to staff enough tellers over the lunch hour. One teller when people go to the bank over their lunch break is poor management. Wait time is long. This is like a restaurant having one waitress over lunch or dinner.

The staff was very friendly and kind, and helped me with my account. As a student, I am happy to have a bank that helps me.

US Bank has made scamming an art. Do not trust them with your money.
