The refinance process with Katie Karr at Flat Branch Home Loans was so easy! The FBHL website and app made the application process quick and painless, allowing us to complete everything electronically and scan required documents with my phone. We were kept informed along the way and provided informational videos about each step in the process. Our closing ended up being ready much sooner than we originally expected and the signing process was seamless. We enjoyed working with Katie and will definitely do so again in the future!

The technology this company uses is so fun and makes things very explanatory! The app for tracking the status of your loan is fun and easy to track. They are excellent at communication and go above and beyond to help you through it all! I will forever be grateful to them! I would not have thought I would be buying a home any time soon with my credit history, but they made it happen and were able to land a great interest rate and make me feel extremely comfortable through the whole process! The Flat Branch team I worked with was Katie, Kelsi and Kyle.They are extremely helpful and responsive. For example, I was leaving Kyle a voice message on a Sunday afternoon. Within minutes, he returned my call. Katie and Kelsi are very responsive as well. Everyone was very professional, pleasant to work with and knowledgeable.
