Jeanne was a great asset to have in our corner when trying to navigate the whole house buying process that can be very frustrating her knowledge and fortitude made it so easy and moving forward. She heads off the problems at the pass before they become issues. So if you don't use her and it doesn't go smoothly you have no one too blame but yourself. And the rest of her team is just as great. Just refinanced our home with Jeanne Rackers with On Q Financial based on the stellar recommendation of a friend. The process from beginning to end was very smooth with zero issues. There is an online portal where you apply and also upload all needed documents such as pay stubs, tax returns, etc. Additionally, you receive regular updates via email from the system showing where your loan is in the process. Jeanne was wonderful to work with and spent a lot of time discussing our financial needs and what made the most sense for us - a very personalized approach. Communication from Jeanne and the entire team was outstanding throughout the process. The overall process was very fast and we could not be happier with the level of service we received.
