My very first experience with One Main was great. This last time the person handling my loan seemed very inexperienced. He had a hard time answering my questions and most of his answers didn't make any since. I was still in and out quickly but it was a little off putting for me.

They went above and beyond to be helpful. I'm really just learning about borrowing, building credit and the ins and outs. There were a lot of questions and very descriptive and helpful answers. Even though I struggled getting all the items I need together, they helped me get it done and made it as easy as possible!
