I sat on the phone for over 2 hours and no one answered

Went to this local branch for a simple currency exchange, twenty's for hundreds, to facilitate a private sale. Since I was not a customer they declined to help me. I have an out of state bank from being in uniform for many years but now I live in the area. No customers present in the lobby = no time away from bank customers. Dollar exchange = neutral effect on final balance of bank at the end of the day. Small amount = I would think little to no effect on an actual bank, after all it cam out of their ATM. Employees were quick to say "no". Not what I'd expect from a small town bank
