Went in with my husband to get a title loan. The APR is literally at least 244% on a small loan. Not only that but the lady he worked with made it obvious she wasn’t very experienced and wasted our time when she could’ve been inputting information while I was gathering stuff for her/the loan. We also had to wait a long period of time with an 11 month old just for her to tell us it will be about $90 a month. My husband is about to sign and she says, “It’ll be $90 twice a month and the first payment is due in a week.” No thanks. She also had “forgot” to have my husband sign a paper. Bad customer service and the manager knew she might need help and left her that evening anyways. Then she has the nerve to ask us for a 5-star review to get their name out there. I guess if you’re really in a bind you can get money from here but in reality you’ll be making it extremely worse on yourself in the long run. $180/month payment for 12 months on a $625 title loan.

Absolutely thankful for this store. Lost my id and needed to cash my check, and they was able to do it. Very friendly manager, worked quickly to get me in and out.
