There's a reason they have been around for 150 years. Best customer service around. The employees couldn't be nicer and helpful. Every-time I walk in I am always greeted by a smile. I am appreciative of all their help.

I like Nodaway Valley Bank a lot, the branch on North Main is especially helpful. They go above and beyond, to help their customers. Your instantly greeted when you walk in. It doesn’t matter what title they are, from a teller to a officer, they are all willing to help you. Always go in or through their drive-thru. The drive-thru staff are also wonderful. **This isn’t their fault, but the people who are working the call center, are incredibly rude, and I hate having to call there and get stuck talking to them, ugh... dreadful. Avoid the call center staff! They are definitely not a part of the 5 star rating!

Best bank in NW Missouri. I've been with them for over 40 years and never, ever had an issue. Lost a debit card overseas and they had the card company rush a new one to me ASAP.

Been with nvb a few years they make an occasional oopsie but we're all human. Other than that nvb is a great bank

The professionalism of the staff that answers the phones is of zero quality. Apparently if you call to have an overdraft fee removed from your account they shut your debit card off and slander your name to the other staff.
