Very unprofessional company. No regards for the community or common courtesy to patrons. I heard an employee (Erin) yelling, cursing and acting rude to a customer. A couple days later I received the same treatment. Because, I asked the employees to park on Promenade street in front of their business. Please don't park on Washington St. Mexico Missouri in front on my business and security financial. So vindictively the very next day. All three employees including the manager parked in front of my business and security financial. I called the corporate office and they moved for one day. The next day Erin was right back vindictively on Washington St. How do the clients come into the business with people smoking outside of the front door? I called the corporate office to let them know that their employees including (managers) park right in front of my store and the entryway of their own business. My elderly clients walk from Promenade to Washington due to this parking situation.. The same employees stand outside and smoke very unprofessional company. No regards for the community throwing cigarette butts on the ground. Very gross. No one ever responded. Very unprofessional. If you need a loan shark don't use this company. They don't care.

Security Finance has the beat employees around. Erin is very pleasant and kind and I'm always welcomed with her beautiful smile. If you want a great loan agent go visit this office. You won't be disappointed. Let Erin know I sent you.

Every time they call they are incredibly shady. They don't identify that they are with Security Finance and when I ask to take a message for someone else, they say it is a "personal business matter." Unprofessional and annoying.
