Used to be a good place to get a loan. I’ve had 3 (or more) loans through them and paid all of them all off. Applying used to take about an hour to get approved. Tried to get a fourth loan and the guy working kept telling me he’d call me back. One day he was swamped & couldn’t help me with my application. The next day I called early & waited hours to hear back. Even though he said it’d be about an hour. Finally right before they close he called me to tell me his boss left early for the day so he’d get back to me the next day. I never got that call the next day and when I called, no one answered. I never had this problem when a guy named James worked there. He is gone and now they have some guy who clearly can’t multitask or even get a simple loan approved in 3 days, or manage to give a long time customer a call back. I plan to pay off the loan I have now early and Not go back.
