My husband and I just recently had an issue with a check we needed to deposit. After many calls and conversations with Sydney and Alexandria they came up with a solution until the issue is resolved. They both went above and beyond and never made me feel like I was burden calling in. We honestly felt like closing our account until speaking with both these wonderful ladies. Thank you so much and know that we are very appreciative for all you both have done.

Worst credit union I’ve ever encountered. Gives overdraft protection but does not give time to correct an error before charging you. The app is also a joke at best. I rarely give reviews and generally give businesses a chance to fix their mistakes but they chose not to. Go somewhere else that values their customers.

We used United Credit Union to refinance our home this year and are very happy with the service. We had one person handling the whole case (Theresa) which made everything easier. We didn't have to hunt down paperwork for multiple people or wait weeks for calls. I had a direct line for her and email. If I asked a question without fail she would get back to me same day. I truly felt she was rooting for us and had our back. The whole process was easy, good communication and less stressful then the previous company we were trying to use. I would recommend them to any of my friends.

Everyone is super nice , they answer questions but if there not sure they will get you to someone who can. very fast never had to wait in long lines inside or drive through. They made sure there lobby was fixed for keeping everyone safe from Covis, all employees wore masks except the drive through teller. Great Bank !!!

I have been a member for a long time, sense 1982,I used to think very highly of the credit union when it was small and gave you a sense that you really meant something but the last few years it has grown which is good but there is no longer that feeling of not being just a number, that's the way I feal now. It's sad that this has happened!

Always have a great experience with the credit union. I have gotten three loans, all more than $3,000, and the credit union has never refused a loan and the interest rate on my loans was under 6%!!! I'm very poor, social security is my only source of income, and my credit is not an issue for getting a loan. I love doing business with a credit union where the depositors own the company stocks and there's no board of directors needing a salary. I highly recommend United Credit Union for all of your financial needs, never a minimum deposit amount to keep, and I know that if they will loan me money to purchase a car, or even a home, YOU WILL BE ABLE TO GETTING A LOAN AS WELL.
