I have had nothing but a great experience with these folks. Tara & Harley are some of the most knowledgeable and professional people whom I have ever dealt with as far as loans. I've been with tower for years on different loans and loan types. If all tower employees are all this respectful, professional and care about the customer and business that they provide, I will be with them as long as need a loan or assistance with a purchase.

I used Tower to finance a washer and dryer becuase I needed one and didn't really have enough in savings to tap for it. I was initially somewhat worried that it may be a fly by night operation or shady like a title loan company. To my surprise, it is neither of those things. the staff are very nice, they know my face even though I only come in once a month to pay my bill, and they are always curteous. My paperwork was sent to the wrong location, but they have no problem having me pay my bill at my local branch. Tower Loan reminds me of a bank, but without all the judging of people who don't have the best credit. the only things I think that could be done to improve their business would be to be open at least a little while on Saturdays, and to be able to pay bills online. I would recommend anyone go through Tower Loan to finance small purchases.

If I could give them zero stars I would, absolutely do not go here, finally paid off this horrible loan but let me tell you that every month I paid extra then the next month I would owe more than the previous total due to their daily interest rates. I highly recommend you to find a different loan office.

The staff is very friendly. I just wish they accepted credit card payments. Then I would be able to pay off my balance.

before the female manager took over I loved this place, but once she took over it went down hill fast she was very hateful and rude on the phone.

5 Star professionals - Courteous, Fast, Friendly Service

Awful company to work with. Never answers the phone or willing to help. Always has some excuse as to why they can’t take a payment. Seems like they want people to be behind on payments. If I could give a negative star I would.
