I owed $0.38 to them to be done paying off my loan with them. I sent them a check, then they called me months later requesting the same amount of money. So I had to send them another check! I told them verbally over the phone that I didn’t want them to continue sending me things in the mail and when I sent in my second check, I wrote and signed a note requesting for them to stop sending me things. The other day I got something else in the mail from them! The loan process worked out well for me, but their customer service and attentiveness doesn’t work for me. Please stop sending me stuff!!

Only leaving one star because cannot choose zero. Loan Sharks of the highest order.

Honestly wish I could give zero. Been on an automatic payment plan for a while, they keep calling me and when I don't answer they CALL MY FAMILY! That is unacceptable! And all the 5 star reviews on here are employees or related. Ready to be done with them

Drove 45 min from Oklahoma to Neosho. Was approved all the way down just for them to tell me I wasn't when I got there had to drive 45 min back for nothing!!
