Arvest Bank, Nevada, MO

My boss has an account with this bank. Our paychecks come from this bank. But because the employees don't have an account with Arvest Bank, they are being charged $5.00 to cash their check there...smh .... this is a first, never ever heard of a bank doing something like this

Not what I'd expect from a larger bank, much more like a small local in the way that this branch is operated. That's a compliment btw.

Great customer service! Only thing concerned about is the online banking frequent problems. Hope they can finally get it straightened out.

I was glad that I was referred to Arvest. Friendly staff that was willing to assist anyone. They always says hello. I have convinced my wife to switch over to Arvest.
