Gave me highest loan. Don't hound you on late payment, work with you on payment issues. However...you end up paying back 3 to 4x the amount you borrowed. NEVER AGAIN! Paid just under$2000 back to borrowed $500 for x-ma's. And after just having spoke to 1 associate about my situation and having a set date to come in with payment it was an 11/30 date. Said associate neglected to leave any kind of note for other associates or document updated information on computer pertaining to my loan file they actually came out and towed my vehicle from the front of my house on Thanksgiving Day!!

Sign on the door said they were open, it's 1:15 pm. Go inside to be told they are closed by the associate. There was no sign stating different hours for the day. Their open sign was facing the public saying they were open. What's the point of running a business if your going to set your own hours and not be there for your customers during regular business hours.

That Dinna that works up there, has no manners for anything... went there to make a payment had two loans and wouldn't let me pay on my car loan so I wouldn't lose it.. I,have children and need a way around and she is worthless will not ever go back, she has no sythampy for anyone... They need a new person up there and fire her... She was rude... She wasnt even nice to my daughter when i had her to go pay it because i was stuck at work.... This place needs to close down or new management..
