I had been turned down time and time again for such small loans and it blew my mind when Teresa told me I could get a 5K loan with such low monthly payments. Teresa thank you from the bottom of my heart. You truly are a blessing

Extremely unprofessional, will only be nice until you question their loan, I was consistently yelled at and laughed at on the phone with their branch manager and whoever answers their phones. Was never given the opportunity to even get out a full sentence or question... Willing to give us a debt consolidation loan but ONLY if we paid off our truck with it, a loan that we already have extremely good rates on and not the debt we're having issues with and didn't apply to refinance the truck, didn't even give them that as an option. They will screw you, make sure you question EVERYTHING! Make sure you know what your take home pay is they will not figure correctly and try to make it seem like you bring home way less than you do to "explain" you into a loan that will not help you. I have dealt with a few different companies but everything about this one flashed HUGE red flags. My request did not go " unfulfilled ". I turned down your request. You wanted to use the loan to pay off our truck which already has an amazing rate on it so kind of a ridiculous request. And nothing about how rude the employees are?

I got an auto loan through here, and worked with Dee. Dee was great! Friendly and patient, answered my questions well. Despite there being computer problems, Dee kept me updated and did all she could in the meantime. Thank you!

we just started with them and so far we are very please and if we need help we would go back the people there are very friendly and answer any questions we had

I referred my sister and brother In-law to this company. They refuse to give me my hundred dollars. I don’t know if I can trust a company that screws over there customers. My next step is to call the main branch I guess
