I’m so mad at myself for ever buying a car with them 😭 y’all know how scammers constantly blow your phone up all day? Yeah that’s them with 1 missed payment. Customer service is rude. Whoever Olivia is must hate her job the way she speaks to customers. 0/10. Don’t get a car through here. Literally they are just money hungry. If you fall behind on payment don’t even bother trying to explain to them hoping they’d understand. They’ll threaten to come get your car. Go through a real dealership like Billion or Vern Eide. They actually work much better and more accommodating
