I've been using Infuze for the last couple years. Always customer friendly and easy to work with. I had the pleasure of working with Liza today. During the process she said that she was the one the helped my daughter get her loan. Liza is pleasant, friendly, helpful, made the whole process easier. Everytime I work with Infuze I feel like they're here for the customer, insisted of trying to bend a customer over like most banks. I appreciated all the work Liza does and I will continue to recommend Infuze.

BEWARE!!!! This bank did not cover a HACK!! My mother and I had been hacked through our Venmo and Cash app!! They could not find the "hackers" so they would not replenish our accounts!! We had $3,325.00!!!! They said they were only covered if the bank was robbed!!! BEWARE! Thank god I have USAA!! this would never happen with them. So again, BEWARE of this bank!!!

We have numerous accounts Personal and Business.. As well as many loans over the years.. GREAT Credit Union. We have no plans of ever leaving.

Excellent team to work with. We have been with the Osage Beach branch for years and referred them to several family members and friends. Liza is SO good to work with and the entire staff has always been extremely helpful!

Great place to bank. I recently had fraudulent activity on my debit card. They were able to quickly remediate the situation by canceling and reissuing my card.

If I could give it no stars I would. This is hands down THE WORST bank ever. We had the unfortunate pleasure of having one of our auto loans through this terrible institution. You would think they would want your money and make it easy for you to make payments. Nope. Not here. After three months they finally sent me my entire loan number. No, they wouldn't give it on the phone. After another 6 months I called on repeat until I got someone with a small percentage of a brain that would fix their website and let me create an online account. Meanwhile the entire time we had the loan up to this point I would drive 45 min to this particular bank. Drive thru....nope. They force you to come inside or go to an ATM where it takes you 15 minute to get connected to someone from somewhere......JUST TO MAKE A PAYMENT. Oh you could call and do it over the phone thru the automated system. They will charge you an additional fee for that. Do not expect to get any sort of good customer experience from this bank. Yes, I have since refinanced our loan through our normal bank. I couldn't take the chaos Infuz prides themselves on. There are better and smarter ways to bank...go anywhere else but here.

At first the bank was great. They have had so many technical problems that I don't ever want to do business with them again. Any time I call its never an easy fix. Always have to drive to the branch to fix their screw ups. May have good rates but not a good bank.
