At one time before Michelle took over managing this business, I quit coming to this business because it was such a hassle dealing with the old manager who would put me on hold, he didn’t know what he was doing and he’d even forget he left me on hold once. This happened three times in a row and I was all done. I don’t mind paying the interest if I get what I need but that just wasn’t happening at all! But since new management with Michelle and staff person Ashley, this place is 100% better and efficient in what they do. I really do mean 100% better… good help is well worth the time and cost when they act this professional as if it was their own place of business they obviously care about the perception to the customers! Thanks to both of you for being so good at what you do!! Greg
