This company has blown me away with there fast, friendly, and professional approach. TonyaSue was the specialist that helped me, and I just have to say I was greatly impressed. Zach was another specialist in the office and they were just so helpful, curtious and timely. I highly recommend there services and left very satisfied.

Customer service was fast. The only reason that I can't give a five star rating is because of Zach. Once he closed the loan, everything was perfect, but, the phone call to start the loan process is where the problem was, when I called to check on the application that I submitted, instead of instantly helping me in my time of need, he got confrontational about a bad experience that I had with him a couple of months ago and instead of asking how he could make it better this time, he was lecturing me about the bad reviews and made me feel very uncomfortable and as I said confrontational. After that, all went well. Zachs confrontation of the review, instead of being professional and asking how to make it right costs this location the other 2 stars.

Tonya Goodnight was so friendly and helpful. You could tell she really loved and valued her job and helping her customers. She went above and beyond for us.
