We had such a great experience with Crystal when we purchased our first home, so when it came time to sell and purchase a bigger home for our family, she was the first person we called! Great communication, explains every step of the process, and makes everything as easy as possible to get through the process and make it to the closing table on time! Anytime we have anyone ask us where we got our mortgage from, we always give them Crystal's contact info! We will definitely use her again if we decide to sell and upgrade, and will continue to refer her and her company to family and friends!
