The worst company to deal with. Will screw you over and then blame you. Don't try to find a way to work with you even when it's there fault! I'm warning everyone now do not go to instant auto cuz you will have to get the loan threw this company and they are AWFUL. Don't care about the customer at all no matter how long you have dealt with them.

Second car i have bought through them. Company used to work with you if u were a little late but if ur late even by a couple days they shut off ur car which makes their vehicles very unreliable do not buy here there are other buy here pay here places

Had an agreement for years to pay my payment on a certain date. Then they decide they don't want that agreement. DO NOT FINANCE HERE UNLESS YOU HAVE NO CHOICE. I was happy with the sales people. Happy with service. It's the loan division that's the problem. They like to threaten their customers with shutting your car off. I've never missed a payment and this is how I'm treated. I'd be interested to see how they treat a good customer. ONLY IF NO CHOICE. I WONT FINANCE HERE AGAIN. I HAD AN AGREEMENT, THEY BROKE IT. BUYER BEWARE.

Pretty new to this finance company and so far not impressed at all! We liked the people at the car lot, they were wonderful. But this finance company is horrific. They don’t want to work with anybody at all. 3 days late and disabled our car!!! Asked to have until Friday and was told no. My husband was stuck at work after working 12 hours because of them! They set people up for failure with their payments & cars. I wouldnt recommend them to my worst enemy.

Worst customer service ever. There is so much inconsistency and no training. If you want to deal with ignorant, rude people- they are your finance company.

Not a fan of this place at all!! We had to send our car back because the payments were outrageous! This was our only option at the time but it will never happen again. I’ll buy a car from a stranger or another dealer before I do business with these guys. Be aware of what dealership you guys are going through. They also insured us nothing was wrong with the car. We put in over $2,000 in maintenance in the 2 years we’ve had it.
