I am extremely appreciative for the quick and deliberate assistance from the Manager Ale’tra! I was warmly greeted with great customer service upon arrival. I had a huge meeting at work and she was able to quickly accommodate my lengthy loan process in record time. If you need any financial assistance, Lees summit check into cash is definitely the way to go!

Where to start. 1- slow, lazy careless 'service'. 2- consistent failure to do a simple task, for example, TWICE I've gone in with a legitimate bank check, only to be told by the incompetent whoever behind the counter that "da number dont work, i caynt do nuthin". 3-they leave the building and go on break for longer than they posted on the sign, just sitting in their car while people line up. Dressing totally inappropriately too

Is there a way to give 0 stars? David at Lee's Summit Check into Cash is a real piece of work. He made a mistake on my loan and said he would make sure he got it fixed. Today I find he did not fix my loan as he promised and he refuses to do anything about it. He was rude and unreasonable. Very unhelpful. Would I recommend Check into Cash? Yes, would I recommend Lee's Summit Check into Cash...absolutely not

Tried to cash a government check and they treated me like a criminal from the time I walked in. I had to cross out some on the check but signed it...since I didn't use the same pen, I was told no way. They Had to call someone and then questioned me about my banking and referred me somewhere else. Maybe since they couldn't charge me 400+% to barrow money they somehow couldn't help me. Very unprofessional and un impressed

So before heading out to this location I called ahead to see what was needed. Was told my car my registration and ID basically. I explained to the man over the phone that I had just started my job and did not have a pay stub yet. So I go all the way out there I do the application. I provided everything that was told to bring. I even gave a number to hr to verify my employment and was treated with straight disrespect. He even went as far as implying that I don't have a job nor would I be able to come out and make payments at this location. I will never ever use this place to get a loan. And will be reporting to corporate on the actions of this discriminatory store.
