Got recommended them through someone I was looking to buy a house through, to use as my lender for my first time buying a home. For the most part the communication during the process was definitely sub par. It was great in the beginning. The closer to closing it got the more I had to go through my realtor to get any info I needed from Shawn bc getting a response from him was hard to get at times. Now that I closed at the end of September I have not been able to get one response fromShawn. I've leftvoicemail, emails, texts, even called my realtor who is his family, amd still cannot get a response from him. My first payment is due in a few days and even though I have gotten multiple emails and pieces of mail from pmr regarding my loan, when I call customer service they cannot find any info on me whatsoever. Not theough my phone number,loan number, ssn, address, name, anything. If you're a new homebuyer or even just a homebuyer that doesn't know the process or has any questions at all this is not the place to use. I already knew the home buying process was difficult but this place has made it that much worse.

Shawn was amazing, he was super flexible and helpful. This was my first house, and he always took the time to walk me through everything that we were doing and never got frustrated or condescending. He is very knowledgeable, I used a VA loan and he was able to answer all of my questions right of the bat, and work his magic to get me the best interest rate and maximum loan amount for buying my house. I will absolutely be using him the next time we are ready to buy!

Shawn was amazing! We relocated 1100 miles away to Kansas City for my husband's work. My daughter referred us to Shawn and told me he was the best and she was right! Shawn communicated with us and kept us informed on every step. We found our dream home at Thanksgiving and the only way to get the house was to close before the end of the year. Shawn made sure we hit that date and we were able to close December 20th. I had my home insurance quoted and was in shock how much it was. I was assured it was the normal price for KC, more than double what I was paying in Idaho. Shawn took the time when he saw what we were quoted, to contact me and tell us that was not normal and put us in contact with a fantastic agent who took care of us and we are now paying a reasonable price. We ran into some road blocks selling our house in Idaho and Shawn was always in our corner with alternatives to make sure we would not lose this amazing house. Shawn went way beyond the call of duty to make sure everything went smoothly during this very stressful move. Would highly recommend Shawn.
