Tower Loan, Rolla, MO

This company loans money out to people without verifying their identity. I’m not really quite sure how and I have reported them to the Better Business Bureau do not have any business with these people. They are terrible and they don’t care.

100% predatory loan company. When calling to pay off our loan in full, the woman on the phone sarcastically asked, “aww why would you wanna do that?!” Maybe because after making payments it’s now up to more than we even initially took. Completely rude thing to ask and they just want you to not pay it off at once so they can keep racking up your interest. Literally *NEVER* take a loan from these people, theyre sarcastic and gross and you’ll end up paying 2x more than you took out. Probably the worst loan experience I’ve ever had in my life.

Denied me for employment over my diploma. I dont have one because i was too sick to graduate. Im currently trying to get my hiset. Even explained that to them. These people are trash. Snub their nose without a care in the world. With what is happening these days they should be ashamed. And i hope they are. Wish i could give them negative reviews. No stars. At all.

I have had a couple of loans with them and never had a problem. Interest rate is a little high but you can pay it off early to avoid that. They have always been polite and respectful with me.

Just financed some furniture through them, I think there may be some new management. They were polite and made sure I understood everything in regards to repayment. I am still pretty bothered by my experience with them in the past, but can tell there's been some improvements.

These people are horrible! They allow people to use you as a reference without ever calling you. First off, what is the point in taking references if you don't even check if they are legitimate. Second, I didn't give anyone permission to use me as a reference. I have been receiving calls over someone else owing them money for over a year after I said I wasn't even in contact with the person that owes them! That is their problem. Stupid way to run a business. I hope they never are able to collect and go under!

Rolla tower loan needs better customer service taking the payments over the phone taking partial payment(s) without being asked to come into the office. I just had my loan payment take care of with Jeff city's tower loan office because Rolla's tower loan tells me to come into office because they can't take partial payments when Jefferson City office did over the phone.... Let that sink in!.... Jeff city didn't give me no problems or run around like Rolla does.... I've never had a loan place deny payment over the phone when it's a partial payment. The lady was notified that I don't drive and I do not live in Rolla either I live in Saint James and she still asked for me to come on into office just to take partial payment. It made me so upset I started to brainstorm and I contacted Jeff city Tower loan to do business with because I can't seem to get decent clerk service from Rolla. Also; Rolla's tower loan also told me they would send me a letter with my account number in the mail and never got it to do online payments without calling in the first place. So I went three months without no account number knowledge and I did also tell Rolla clerk that she blew it off! When I mention I'm $50 short she denied the payment over the phone instead of working with me. She didn't give me my account number before the call ended. The only letter I got was saying payment due to your account without no account number attached to it. I really believe they wanted me to get behind in the payments switch they were successful I am 3 months behind payments well, now I am playing catch-up with the payments these next few months. All because they didn't provide me with my correct account information and decent clerk service. So, everything was a huge mistake; This experience has been bad and I will probably never do anymore business with Tower loans in Rolla ever again after my loan has been paid off.
