I would give this location 0 stars, if possible. The reps. that are normally there are extremely rude and have horrible customer service skills. They do not smile, make eye contact, or instruct customers on what they need to do. They expect the customer to complete all of the steps by reading their mind. It is their job to speak the customer through the steps, even if it is the 50th time. When speaking on the phone, they roll their eyes and make faces while mouthing off as whomever they are speaking to is talking. After you sign paper documents, they just dismiss you without giving you a copy of the document you signed. You have to ask them for a copy, then they give you one. I am not someone who does not make my payments and in no way is my honest review due to not being able to pay. I feel as a customer I should receive good customer service. If someone does not like their job, then they should find a new one. Taking it out on the customers by being rude is not the answer. If there is no one to lend to, then this business would not continue to exist. If someone comes in to borrow money, the reps. should provide them with good customer service. I am in disbelief that management allows their reps. to treat customers the way they do. I would not recommend this location to anyone

The ladies there were so helpful & explained everything to me. They were friendly & kind.

I came to lendnation to get a loan for something that came up urgently and they were very helpful with getting the money I needed and very professional I really appreciate all that you guys did to help thanks again
