Speedy Cash, Saint Joseph, MO

We went to Speedy Cash to get information about a Money Order that was purchased and Debbie was so helpful and kind. She also toke the time out to help me fill out the form for a missing money order. Definitely would recommend going to see her!

Just wanted to cash a 401k check. Tried to charge me 5% for an insurance check instead of the 2.5%. One individual was really rude when I told her it most certainly is not an insurance check. Then after sitting here for 45 minutes they ask me if I tried to cash it somewhere else or mobile deposit the check. Like they're trying to accuse me of fraud. Speedy Cash my butt...been here for over an hour now. And finally they tell me they can't even cash it because their bank can't verify the check because their system is having problems. Absolutely ridiculous

I stop at speedy cash on a Sat cause I had a check I need to cash and I went to Walmart and called around other places no one could cash it for me.the check I needed so badly I was running out of food and gas and I have kids so I really needed this money..I called and ask if the cash check the lady on the phone Said come on by come in and let's look ..so I did and Cheryl went above and beyond for me make telephone calls and such to get the check verified and approved cause my mother had passed away recently also and I was have a very hard time..she was able to get it approved for me..we had to put it on a greendot card for me to use the didn't have the cash to actually give and I'm not very good with technology stuff so she sent me over to the next window where a guy names aj was working he had stop what he was doing he helped me get on the app store made sure I downloaded the right app..then he also helped me get all the right information in the sign up process he even waited with me until my funds posted on my card so before I even walked out of thr building I knew I had my money ..these 2 really went above and beyond coustermer service the did not have to do all the extra that that did the also treated me very kind and very respectful so a big thank uou
