Sun Loan Company, Saint Joseph, MO

I've had two previous loans with Sun loan and paid them off ahead of schedule and in full I go asking for a third get half of the money that I asked for and get treated as if I have done them some wrong I have not moved they wanted a verification I'm still at the same address the process I understand is if I was a new customer but I am not wasn't happy with the way I was treated why don't I want them talking to my workplace or my landlord as if I am keeping their money personally quite frankly it's none of my landlords or my workplace's business what I do... Am I not allowed to have a private life but because of the way I was treated over the phone I am not happy with the customer service nor will I be returning

Every time I go in there they are friendly n help me I am in there all the time n most of them know me n have my stuff ready as I walk in. I am not in there that long usely Thay are a wonderful people that work there.

I applied and within just a few hours, I had money in my account right after signing paperwork! Awesome friendly staff as well.
