Got employment else where, will not work with me on re-doing contract to reflect new pay period. Sound like their customer service representative was outside barely could hear them on the phone. I have had other lenders actually praise me for calling and asking for them to rearrange payments to reflect my new pay period. Don’t ever use them the fact it shows it’s U.S.A. is a lie, using outside other countries that can’t take their job seriously is ridiculous. The person could have re-done my payments it claimed they needed permission first? For what to get paid? I was going to request triple amount but one time payment it is and never using this establishment again if I am ever in a pinch. The Take away: do use them and if you have them try your best to pay it off immediately.

Wish I could give zero stars to them AND ELOAN! ELOAN sold my account (no it was not in collections) to this garbage company without my permission. There was no information given about payment or account transfer information. There is no information on their VERT generic website and when I try to call them it hangs up and I can't contact anyone.

If I could leave no stars I would. This company is by far the worst I have ever had to deal with. They always mess up my statement and they're always trying to double charge me payments. They tack on late fees when my payment isn't late and they're horrible to have to call and deal with. They can never seem to "find the issue" and once they finally do they say it could take up to a week to stop receiving phone calls and for the "days delinquent" to disappear from your statement. They even pulled money from my checking account without my permission! I'm going to be refinancing my loan soon and you can bet that I'm not going to use this company ever again!!!

I’m surprised by all the negative reviews of this company. They bought out my Pioneer loan in April of 2019, but I’ve had nothing but a great experience with them. I was able to call and talk to a lady about getting all of the extra money I was paying through my allotment to be fully paid out to them from the bank that it goes through. She was super nice and helpful and gave me detailed information of what to say to the bank that allots the money out of my pay to SST to get it done. I also requested a payment history report for every payment that’s been paid to them since they took over my loan (for my records) to be emailed to me, and they kindly did so. I’ve been able to send in extra payments through their website on top of the money already being allotted from my pay with absolutely no issues. I’m now on the verge of paying off my loan almost 2 years early (I’m 15 months into a 36mo payback term. My next payment isn’t due until April 2021 however, I still make my monthly payments without skipping any months to keep the interest from accruing. I’ll have it paid off by the end of next month. I guess I’ve gotten lucky. Sure the interest rate isn’t the best however, that’s been my motivation to pay it off as soon as possible.

The worst lender on earth. the website is always down all the time causing payments to be late. When you call to make a payment there is a $10 processing fee, huge scam artist.

I'd like to share my truth about SST. I had a fantastic experience with Systems Services Technologies (SST) when they took over my Borrow and Grow Loan from SeedFi. SST went above and beyond in their support, offering me a grace period when I separated from my employer. When I paid off the loan, they smoothly deposited my savings into the account of my choice. SST followed all protocols and fulfilled their obligations to return my savings promptly. The only negative thing to note is that I was irritated with the repeated calls/texts. Other than that, I highly recommend their exceptional service!

These crooks ruined my credit score with minus 50 points over 1 payment. I had never even heard of them until they show up on my credit report as a 30 day late payment?! Turns out they unfortunately took over servicing a loan I orig had with eLoan. Now even though I made all accounts current as soon as I verified they were my new servicer, they refuse to remove the late payment mark from my credit report. I've never missed 1 payment with any account in my entire life and these jokers refuse to correct this error. They fight every dispute and Better Business Bureau complaint. What pathetic little money grubbing bank servants. All you do is screw over the individual consumer and make excuses. Do the right thing for once.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Still stunned that SeedFi would do business with this company. I JUST made my last payment today on the loan I had with these people. The fact that it takes 15 business days to release the funds is sketchy enough(MoneyLion would NEVER!), but now that I am reading that folks haven't received their money AT ALL, I am VERY concerned. I was hoping to receive the rest of the funds by the end of this month. Since we are coming up on Holiday season, I'll say this: If I don't have my funds by XMAS Eve, I WILL be pursuing a class action lawsuit and using every single review I've read on Google, BBB, and others.
