WOW WALKED IN THIS MORNING AND SUANNE GOT RUDE WITH ME AFTER I WAS JOKING WITH HER AND SAID I’M NOT IN THE MOOD I HAVE BEEN ON AND OFF CUSTOMER SINCE 2013 I WILL NOT GO BACK THERE ANYMORE I TRIED TO GET ANOTHER LOAN GOOD THING I GOT DENIED BUNCH OF LIARS TOO BUT SHE HAS BEEN THERE FOR LONG TIME AND DIDN’T SOUND LIKE HER TO BE LIKE THAT JUST BECAUSE YOUR NOT IN A GOOD MOOD DOESN’T MEAN YOU HAVE TO TAKE IT OUT OUT ON PEOPLE SO WHEN I WENT BACK IN THERE THERE WAS ANOTHER CUSTOMER AND SHE WAS NICE LOL THRN OVER HEARD HER SAYING SOMETHING TO HER MANAGER ABOUT THE COMPLAINT I FILED LOL ON TOP OF IT ALL SHE NOT ONCE APOLOGIZED FOR IT

I went to a furniture store that advertised free financing of $500. I was refused because my credit rating was 800+ and had to much money in my bank account. All this did is drop my credit rating. They only want people who can't pay there loans back. So I would never do business with them .

I have asked for help after struggling financial during covid. This is even my 3rd loan with them! All my payments have been on time until this year! They refuse to help! Only care about their money. Worst customer service ever! Do NOT LOAN WITH THEM!!!!

This is the worst place place.. It says it wont go towards you credit when you apply but they lie, i just received a letter in the mail and my credit dropped 100+ points specifically because of this

Absolutely the worst company to do business with. Horrible customer service the office manager Eric is very rude and unprofessional. I would not recommend them to anyone!

Called two weeks ago and was told my title was in the mail that I should have it no later than Monday (last Monday). I than called that day and was told it was going in the mail that day. It's another week and still no title. They blame it on Thanksgiving. If it had been mailed when they said it was being mailed Im sure it would have been here by now. Very disappointed with the people in the office. I could understand if it was coming from California but it's only going 60 miles so one day closed for Thanksgiving shouldn't cause that much of a delay.
