Erin Winston is the best. It has been a while since I've experienced excellent customer service. She was extremely friendly and supportive, prompt, helpful. She was good over the phone and in person. She even stayed late to help me get what I needed the same day. She truly cared. I recommend requesting her for your future customer service needs at Check n Go. This process can be stressful and cause anxiety the last thing pele want to feel is terrible from poor customer service, but Erin helped me feel so much better about the whole process. This is definitely a place to go to! I was scared to have to take out a loan, and a ball of nerves going in. It is NEVER easy admitting you need help sometimes, let alone asking.
