Completely easy and painless Kim was awesome even though I did not call to schedule an appointment to finalize my loan. I was able to have ONE payment that eliminated all the debt instead of 5 separate payments!

I would give no stars but that is not an option. Friday we were approved for the loan we needed. Credit reports pulled and approved. Saturday we went into the office to pick up the check and sign the papers. The district manager, over the computer messaging with the girl on the office, kept trying to talk us into more money than what we need. When we repeatedly decline and only agreed to the lower amount then he didn't like that very much. Needless to say we ended up leaving without the money that we needed. I will NOT be strong armed or bullied into making a bad financial decision. Josh Trenpohl is a very ignorant and impersonal businessman that does not care about his customers. I would NOT recommend that anybody deal with Heights Finance.

Dawn was absolutely exceptional!!! Guided us through the entire process, Detailed everything and didn’t leave a SINGLE thing out. HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend going through dawn for all your financial needs! She was so very easy going and answered any questions we had! Will be back when that time comes just for her customer service :)

It was with great pleasure, with the help of Dawn. She made sure I understood every line before signing it. She’s very qualified in her field of work. Her personality was a plus for me. From the time I entered to exiting great personalities, information was presented in an understanding way, didn’t talk too fast or try to force anything on me! Great employees!!!!

The loan process was quick and painless, my loan officer Dawn was great she explained everything so well and made me feel like I was family! I will recommend heights finance to everybody I know.
