I have always been leery of these types of loan companies. They were there when I needed a little help. Embarrassing as this is to admit after the Covid 19 ordeal. My income had been impacted in a negative way. Not to get into to much detail there were a couple of times where i needed some understanding and compassion. I have NEVER owed anyone money in my life. I mainly took out loans in the past to boost my credit score. When I had some more recent hardships the staff at this Regional Finance location was unsurpassed not making me feel uncomfortable at all . They listened to my situation and we worked together so they new what to expect and I knew what to expect. AWESOME EXPERIENCE!!! I think the only thing anyone in today's marketplace has to offer to set them apart is the service and the staff on those points If i could I would award these folks 10 ********** Stars! Thank you Regional Finance!

I was met with a friendly welcome by Terry. She was such a pleasure and very professional and left out no details! I will go back when in need for a loan!
