Horrible bank to do business with. The folks that work the drive thru are amazing, but the loan officers obviously don’t care about taking care of customers. Applied for a loan to help build credit a higher and the loan officer I spoke to said he will not approve a loan because I haven’t had a loan on over 4 years and have no revolving credit. After providing collateral like he suggested he said he would get back to me about an approval...that was 4 days ago. I’ve emailed everyday asking for an update, no response

A very friendly and helpful group. The staff will be glad to direct you to the right people for any financial advise needed. A very long history in Salem and is an integral part of the community.
