Due to constant communication errors within the store my payday loan was pulled from my account prematurely when I was set up on a payment plan. 300+ dollars of my kid's Christmas money gone! Don't be fooled! These people are loan sharks wrapped up in a nice looking corporate bow. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU ONLY YOUR MONEY! Their interest rates are astronomical, the customer service is terrible and their business is borderline criminal! You are better off going to a pawn shop. I wouldn't send my worst enemy to borrow money from that place. My only regret is there aren't negative stars for this review.

My brother in law went to lendnation and got a loan. They called him on a Wednesday and said they would hold his check until Friday morning, which they open at 9am. Friday my brother in law went to get the money for his payment out of the bank and it said he had insufficient funds. Come to find out they had deposited the check on Thursday evening because the money came out of his account at 8am before lendnation was even open. If he would have known he could have paid his loan payment the night before but they screwed him. My family and I will NEVER go back to lendnation again.

Horrible people, and they blame everything that happens on their system. They told me I had to a certain day to make my payment and they over draw my account by pulling it 11 days to soon. Tried calling them to get answers, their excuse was their system will try to draw from the account any day, and there is nothing they can do.

The salem lendnation has one of the friendliest staff's i have seen and there always helpful

I can't see how these people sleep at night with charging people interest rates that are astronomical. If I could give no stars I would.

They always come in handy when I am short on cash or need the money. Will definitely do this again
