I had a problem with a employee talking about family and when she just kept talking about us I called the bank to see what was going on cause I dont even know the girl ,the president wouldnt even pick up phone and a lady by the name of Pat said we dont force you to bank here so I took all my money to simmons bank and found out that simmons bank has a money market accout that pays 1.65% interest. I should have switch as soon and union savings closed.

They were very helpful and efficient, courteous,, was in and out in no time

The staff is sluggish, moving at a glacial pace. Ruined my Monday with the overall vibe. Will not be opening an account with such a slow and outdated bank.
